Our Purpose
Founded by Jon Yates and Wii Tivong in 2002, the Yates-Tivong Group's International Team collaborates with you and your people to define your current situation. We then create a straightforward prioritized plan, complete with initiatives and actions, to deploy business strategies that will help you achieve your 'Vision of Success'.
In essence, we provide facilitation, guidance, and support to turn your dreams into reality while ensuring personal fulfillment through a structured approach—never adding complexity or producing 'wordy documents'.
As a further support mechanism, we also provide interim Leadership and Management People Resource/s for companies in transition, struggling with the loss or diversion of a key leadership team member and/or structuring exit, professionally and commercially, including business sale process due diligence.
